New Analytics Platform Overview

As part of our New Experience upgrade, Ordway's New Analytics Platform is now available. The New Analytics Platform comes with advanced analytics capabilities that enhance & leverage data insights within Ordway. 

New Analytics Key Features: 

• Simple Reports with Common Data Points
• Advanced Report Building Capabilities - Pivot Tables, Formulas, Calculated fields
• Customizable Standard Reports
• Visualizations using Charts

Classic Experience Report Access

Clients can still access existing reports in our Classic Experience until 02/28/23. All new clients and new users will automatically be added to the New Experience and New Analytics Platform.

Migration of Existing Custom Reports

As mentioned in the email 12/28/22, in preparation for the migration to the New Analytics Platform, we recommend that users review and rename all Custom Reports that you’d like to retain and migrate. Please verify that any untitled reports in your environments are properly named as soon as possible. 

Note: Untitled reports will not migrate to the New Experience > Analytics Platform.
