Migrate Custom Reports
Custom Reports created through our Classic Experience must be migrated to the new Analytics Platform for use.
Notes:
All reports currently saved as Untitled Analysis in the UI are not available to migrate until they are renamed. Refer to the steps to rename a report here.
Migrated Reports must be made public for all users in your organization to view.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Reports (Classic) > Custom Report > Home.
- Click Migrate for the desired report.
To migrate multiple reports, click the checkbox next to each custom report and click Migrate. - Click OK to authorize the migration.
Once complete, each Custom Report reflects the Migrated status.
The migrated reports are available within the New Analytics Platform via Menu > Analytics > Reports.
Make Migrated Reports Public
Once your Custom Reports have been migrated, click Make Public from the main Analytics menu for each migrated report to make them visible to other Ordway users in your organization.
Troubleshooting and FAQ
My custom report isn’t available to migrate
Unnamed reports are not available to migrate. Complete the following steps to resolve the issue.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Reports (Classic) > Custom Report > Home.
- Open the untitled report.
- Click Rename from the gear icon in the report title and provide a new report name.
- Refresh the home page to see the newly named report.
- The Migrate option is available for the newly renamed report.
Can I migrate multiple reports at a time?
Yes. Click the checkbox for each report to migrate and click Migrate.
A Custom Report I migrated has an issue. How do I fix it?
If issues arise after a report is migrated, first complete the following.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Analytics > Reports.
- Click Delete for the desired Report.
- Navigate to Menu > Reports > Custom Reports.
- Update the desired report as needed.
- Return to the main menu and migrate the report again to verify the issue is resolved.

Custom formulas or expressions are not working in the new Analytics Platform
Some custom formulas or expressions may become invalid once migrated to the new Analytics Platform as they are not an identical match. When this occurs, complete the following.
Steps:
- Ensure the report is public.
- Open a ticket with Support with additional information regarding the issue:

- Provide the names of any custom fields used
- Include any error messages encountered
- Screenshots helpful with the issue
Migrate Classic Report Bookmarks
Bookmarks created in Classic Reports can be migrated for use in Analytics. File a support case providing the names of the Bookmarks and our team will migrate them on your behalf. Use the following link to File a Support Case.
Migrate Classic Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports from the Classic Experience can be easily recreated in Analytics following these instructions.
