The latest release introduces Integration Sync Status Summary Page with Sync Now & Mark as Resolved features to enhance the user experience by providing visibility into integration sync status and resolution of integration failures. These updates provide users with a centralized dashboard for monitoring sync errors and allow for instant resync of failed records, improving integration reliability and ease of troubleshooting.
Landing Page Alerts
- An alert notification appears on the landing page when integration sync failures occur.
- The alert displays a failure counter.
- Click to View directs users to the Sync Status Summary Page.
Navigate to the Sync Status Summary Page

A new drop-down menu via Menu > Settings > Integrations provides access to:
- Integration Settings (previously named Integrations)
- Sync Status Summary
- Click Sync Status Summary to navigate to the new status page.
Sync Status Summary Page
- Provides a consolidated view of integration sync status for a selected financial period (default: current month).
- Displays sync summary by:
View By Application Tab:
- Displays chips for all supported active integrations.
- Hides integrations that do not have any failed records.
- Displays collapsible cards for all supported objects with at least one failed record.
- Only one collapsible card can be expanded at a time.
- Expanding a new card automatically collapses the previously expanded card.
View By Transaction Type Tab:
- Displays chips for all supported objects.
- Hides objects that do not have any failed records.
- Displays a data grid showing only failed records for the selected object chip.

You can look at the reason of failure for the sync in the tooltip by hovering over the Failed info icon under Integration status.
Mark as Resolved
- Users can mark individual or multiple failed records as resolved.

How to mark as resolved:
- Ellipsis menu (•••): Available for individual records.
- Header-level action: Allows marking multiple selected records as resolved.

Once marked as resolved:
- The records no longer appear in the Integration Sync Status page.
- Their count is not reflected in failure statistics.
- This action is only available for records with an Integration Status of Failed.
Re-Sync Now
- Users can manually trigger a re-sync for failed records.

How to re-sync a failed record:
- Navigate to the Sync Status Logs Page.
- Click Ellipsis menu (•••) > Re-Sync Now.
- A sync progress notification appears.

Sync happens instantly, and the status updates to:
- Succeeded (if sync is successful)
- Failed (if sync fails again)

- Succeeded
- Pending
- Resolved

Bulk Actions
- Users can apply actions to multiple records at once.

Bulk Actions Menu:
- Mark as Resolved (for multiple failed records)
Conclusion
These new features provide enhanced control, visibility, and troubleshooting for integration syncs. Users can now quickly identify and resolve integration failures, improving overall data consistency and operational efficiency.
