The Revenue Report provides a consolidated view of recognized revenue by month across all customers, allowing users to validate revenue-related journal entry activity, identify variances and simplify their reconciliation process.
Report Features:
- View revenue schedule amounts by month for all customers in a selected time period.
- Use the Include Non-Deferred Revenue toggle to pull in billing schedules and orders, for customers that do not use revenue schedules.
- Group and filter data to fit the needs of any analysis, such as viewing revenue by Product, Plan, or Subscription.
Run Revenue Report
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Revenue Report.
By default, the Revenue Report shows revenue grouped by the customer and by month for the current year, with the Include Non-Deferred Revenue toggle selected.
Filter Report
Use the available Filters to customize the report.
Click Run to run the report with selected criteria.
Note: The Revenue Report only includes revenue and billing schedule lines and does not account for credits like the Account Balance Report. To reflect only the balance for a selected month, turn OFF the Display Cumulative Sum under Filter.
