Bookings Report

The Bookings Report allows users to easily see the Total Contract Value (TCV) won by month during a selected timeframe for all their customers. This TCV is defined as the sum of all future payments from a given customer, based on their associated Subscriptions and Billing Schedules, and is grouped by month based on the Contract Effective Date.

When there is a change to a Subscription which results in a change in TCV, this difference is recorded and displayed in the month as determined by the Change Effective Date.

Report Features:

• Group results by Booking Type to see what portion of TCV is attributable to Renewals, New Customers and Expansion.

  • This report shows Expansion any time there is a change in TCV and the version type isn't New or Renewal.

• See how bookings have changed over time by adjusting the Start and End Dates, and aggregate values by Month, Quarter or Year.
• Group and filter data to fit the needs of any analysis, such as viewing revenue by Booking Type, Product, Plan or Subscription.

Run Bookings Report

Navigate to Menu > Reports > Bookings Report. 

By default the Bookings report shows TCV by Customer Name for the current calendar year, aggregated by Month.

• Group results by Booking Type to see what portion of TCV is attributable to Renewals, New Customers and Expansion.
• See how bookings have changed over time by adjusting the Start and End Dates, and aggregate values by Month, Quarter or Year.
• Group and filter data to fit the needs of any analysis, such as viewing revenue by Booking Type, Product, Plan or Subscription.

Filter Report

Use the available Filters to customize the report. 

Click Run to run the report with selected criteria.
