In our continued efforts to improve platform performance, Ordway is making some infrastructure updates & hardware enhancements.
The maintenance window is planned to be from 2:00am and 6:00am EST, Saturday, July 17th, 2021. User and API access to the Ordway platform will be limited during this period. The actual period of impact will be limited to around an hour.

How will I be impacted during the maintenance window?
- Our maintenance window is listed as between 2:00am and 6:00am EST and will affect access to the Ordway Platform. However, actual impact will be shorter and should be limited to one hour within that period.
- Integrations with Ordway that may execute during our scheduled maintenance window may be affected. Therefore, please verify your integrations prior to the scheduled maintenance window.
- Prescheduled jobs and activities in Ordway will continue to execute in Ordway once the upgrade is complete.
How can my organization prepare for this maintenance window?
- Verify integrations expected to access the Ordway platform during the maintenance period and identify steps to defer any interactions beyond the maintenance period.
- Review prescheduled jobs prior to the maintenance window and plan to verify them after the maintenance event.
- Verify the completion of Billing Runs, Payment Runs, Webhook logs, as well as completed jobs and sync activities after the maintenance event.
