Custom Report Basics

Custom Reports provide robust metrics based on the data points that are most important to you.

If Ordway records it, you can report on it. 

Access Custom Reports from Menu > Reporting > Custom Reports.

Custom Report Examples: 

  • Customers with Auto-Pay enabled and also using CardConnect Payment Gateway.
  • Invoices paid via credit card. 
  • Average number of days outstanding for Accounts Receivable. 
  • Net (Invoice and Credit amounts) for all clients by geographical location.
