The Custom Reports Home screen displays Custom Reports and Dashboards you have created as well as items shared with you.
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Custom Reports > Home.
Custom Reports appear by a green table icon, while Dashboards are indicated by a red gauge icon.
My Items
Your available reports appear in the My Items section. You can view/edit the report, schedule, share, or delete.
- Click the report title to view the report.
- Click the envelope icon to create a schedule for the report to be delivered at a set frequency. Required fields include:
- Recipient(s)
- Subject
- Available formats include CSV, Excel, and PDF
- Click the person icon to share the report with other users in your instance.
- Click the green plus icon next to the person you wish to send the report to.
- Use the trash can icon if you make a mistake.
- Click Close when finished.
- Click the trash icon to delete a report. A confirmation message appears confirming the deletion, as this action is permanent.
Reports Shared with Me
Other users within your Ordway instance can share reports with you using the same feature explained above. Shared reports appear in the Reports Shared with Me section.
Note: To share reports that have been shared with you, you must either ask the creator to share it with the additional recipients or duplicate the shared report. Then you can share the duplicated report with others.
