The Email Status Report provides a summary of all emails that have been sent during a given time period and their status, allowing users to ensure that they are reaching their customers effectively and identify any issues with email delivery. For each day in the selected period the report shows the total number of emails sent, broken down by Customer and Status.
Report Features:
- Displays Customer ID, Customer Name, Email Status, details for each day in the selected time period and Totals for the entire time period.
- Embedded links allow for seamless navigation to Customer Accounts.
- Filter the report by Customer or Email Status to find relevant information quickly.
- Additional Filters allow for further refined insights from the report, including filtering by custom fields.

Run Email Status Report
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Email Status Report.
Default View
By default, the Email Status Report includes all Customers and Email Statuses, and the selected Financial Period is the last 10 days.
Filter Report
Use the available Filters to customize the report.
- Common filters include filter by Customer or Email Status to find relevant information quickly.
- Additional Filters allow for further refined insights from the report, including filtering by custom fields.
