Duplicate Transaction Lines Appear on Custom Report

Issue: Custom Report pulls duplicate transaction lines.

Cause: The Report pulls each version of the Subscription as a separate line.

Solution: Add a filter to the Current Version column to be True so the report only pulls the transactions for the current subscription version.
