Analytics Overview

Click Reports under the Analytics icon of the side navigation bar to access the New Analytics Platform within the New Experience.

The New Experience in Ordway provides the following enhancements to the reports you count on every day via the new Analytics Menu.

Redesigned Reports Landing Page

• Consolidates all Custom Reports and Standard Reports in one place.
• Enhanced Search, Filtering, and Sorting for saved reports.

Create Custom Reports with two different modes - Simple and Advanced

• Simple Report Builder allows for quick analysis and data exports. Simply select the Report Type and add the desired fields.
• Advanced Report Builder allows for more complex analyses and data visualizations.

Preconfigured Report Types to build from

• Select from a list of Report Types with joins between key data sets.
• Build your own custom reports with the same data used to build Standard Reports.

Enhanced Standard Reports

• Expand and collapse row groupings.
• Drill down into any Standard Report to see the underlying data.
• Clone any Standard Report and customize it to your liking, such as adding or removing fields.

Simple vs. Advanced Report Builder

Ordway offers both a Simple Report Builder and an Advanced Report Builder to meet your reporting needs. 

The Simple Report Builder can be used when isolating data without multiple filters and aggregations. This report builder mode does not allow you to group rows and offers no visualization options.

The Advanced Report Builder is the best option for building robust reports with endless customization options.
