Report Description & Purpose
The Email Status Report provides a summary of all emails that have been sent during a given time period and their status, allowing users to ensure that they are reaching their customers effectively and identify any issues with email delivery. For each day in the selected period the report shows the total number of emails sent, broken down by Customer and Status.

Features & Primary Benefits
- Displays Customer ID, Customer Name, Email Status, details for each day in the selected time period and Totals for the entire time period.
- Embedded links allow for seamless navigation to Customer Accounts.
- Click into the Email Count column to view Email Status Details.

When to Schedule this Report
The timing of when to run this report will vary based on your organization's policies. One common example is to run this report monthly to verify invoice delivery and also to keep contact records up to date.
