When errors occur, you may need to ensure your browser is working properly. In addition, some plug ins may unknowingly block Ordway functionality. Follow these steps to perform an Inspect task to isolate issues.
Steps:
1. Right click anywhere on the Ordway page experiencing an issue and click Inspect.
2. Check both the Console and Network tabs to check for any errors.
3. Take screenshots or take a screen recording reflecting as much of the error as possible to share with Ordway Support.
4. When finished, click the X in the top right corner of the Inspect module to close it.
Additional Troubleshooting
Ordway may also ask you to create a HAR file which contains all the details about operations your browser performed. Read more about generating a HAR file here.
