Salesforce Country & State Field Mapping

It is important to properly map Salesforce fields within the Ordway Salesforce Integration Mappings to ensure fields are accurately available in Salesforce when adding or editing Contact Records in Salesforce. 

Notes:

• Province State Code must be added in Salesforce as it is not enabled by default.
• The State value in Salesforce must equal a two digit code and Country must follow ISO code.

Complete the following steps in Ordway to ensure the mappings accurately carry over to Salesforce. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Integrations > Salesforce > Settings.
2. On the To Ordway tab, click Map Contacts for the Contacts Data Type.
   
   
3. Scroll to the 2nd page where State and Country are displayed.
4. Map the two entries by selecting the two digit State Code or ISO Country Code and click Save. 
   
   
5. Next, click the To Salesforce tab. 
6. Click Map Contacts for the Contacts Data Type.
   
   
7. Scroll to the State listing and select the two digit code for the State to be mapped.
   
   
8. Next scroll to the Country listing and select the ISO Country code for the mapping.
   
   
9. Save when finished.
