Report Calculations
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) in this report is calculated based on the Subscription Charges recorded in Ordway. Each Subscription Charge in Ordway will calculate MRR based on the total billing amount and the number of months between the Charge Start Date and Charge End Date.
- The calculated MRR is displayed for each month between the Charge Start and End Dates.
- MRR values are aggregated by Parent Customer and Subscription to provide a consolidated view.
MRR/ARR Start Date Options
The MRR/ARR Start Date determines when MRR for a given Subscription first appears in the report. To support flexible reporting, users can choose from:
- Contract Effective Date – MRR begins in the month of the contract’s effective date.
- Service Start Date – MRR begins in the month of the service start date.
- Billing Start Date – MRR begins in the month of the billing start date.
