In order to experience the performance improvement on the Ordway Subscription page, Ordway customers are encouraged to enable the Subscriptions V2 Framework settings on the General Settings page AND also keep Process Billing & Revenue offline toggle enabled. These settings are available only to Ordway Super Admins. Please reach out to Ordway Support to enable it for you.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > General Settings.
- Toggle Enable Subscriptions V2.0 Framework ON.
- Ensure that Process Billing and Revenue Offline is also toggled ON.
- Save when finished.
In order to improve the performance of Subscription pages having a large number of plans and charges attached to it, we have introduced a new status called “Validating.” This status is only visible when the Ordway customer clicks Yes, Change Subscription upon Change subscription confirmation.
This only means the request is being processed in the background. Processing may take a few minutes to complete.
We have also introduced a user friendly messaging system requesting Ordway customers to check again if the subscription change processing takes longer than expected.
During subscription change processing, if for any reason, the processing request fails, Ordway customers are sent out a Beamer Notification indicating the reason for the failure in change. These messages can be viewed via the bell icon on the top right corner of Ordway.
