To navigate the modules in Ordway, use the Menu icons on the left-hand corner.
Expand or contract the full icon menu at the bottom of the list.
Each Module is organized in a similar manner, displaying all data with consistent features. Using Customer Accounts as an example, common user interface elements are as follows:
- List: When a module is selected from the main menu, all corresponding records are displayed.
- Search: Enter search criteria in the search bar to return corresponding results.
- Filters: Isolate specific records using the available filters. Multiple filters can be added.
- Add: Click the Add button to create a new record.
- More: Relevant options for the module are displayed under the More button.
- Bulk Actions: Select one or more records using the check box to the left of each row. Click the Actions column once the desired records are selected. The action chosen will be performed for the selected records.
