Manage Price Books

Price books are available to manage variations in Product pricing. These price books are then available in Menu > Contracts & Orders > Orders for selection at the time of creating Orders.

Preconditions:

1. Price books must be enabled via Menu > Set Up > Settings.
2. Products (Required).
3. Plans & Charges (Optional). 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Menu > Plans & Charges > Manage Price Books.
2. Click Add.

3. Name the Price Book.

4. Save when finished.

Edit Price Book

Once created, Price Books can be edited from the main page.

1. Click Edit from the Gear icon for the desired Price Book.
2. Make the needed changes, Save when finished.
