Request & Validate an API Key

Looking to use Ordway's API? 

Ordway provides REST API’s to access their Billing and Finance platform. All transactional data is accessible via APIs. 

How do I request API access?

Preconditions: 

The person requesting the API Key myst be part of the organization for which they are requesting the key. 

1. Submit a request to Ordway for API access.
Include in the Request: 

• Company Name as it appears in Ordway.
• Email address for the Ordway admin user to receive the encrypted API Key. 

2. Ordway support will secure an API Key for use and communicate it back to you. 

3. Once you have your key, view these guidelines in our API documentation to record your key and tokens. 
Note: A separate API Key is required for each environment. 

Where can I test the API?

Users can test an API in a sand box environment. Ordway support will reach out to you with your API Key(s) as well as a link to a sandbox where you can use the API. 

Note: Work directly with Ordway to use the API in a Production environment.
