View Allocation Summary within Subscription Charges

Complete the following steps to view Allocation Summary with Subscription Charges. 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders > Subscription Contracts.
2. Open the desired Subscription and scroll to the Plans and Charges section.
3. A link to the Allocation Summary is available at the top of the table. 

The resulting Allocation summary includes only charges for which FMV allocations have been enabled. 

• Line ID - the subscription charge Line ID
• Product - the product name
• Charge Start Date - date the Charge started
• Charge End Date - date the Charge ended
• Transaction Value - the subscription charge effective price
• FMV - the Subscription charge FMV price
• % Allocation - the FMV percentage for the subscription charge
• Revenue Allocation - the final revenue allocations based on FMV
