Important - Changes to Usage Import

The 2021.17.03 Release introduced the new import wizard for importing Usage data into Ordway. This new import functionality ignores numbers that appear after a comma.

Example:

When importing a file including a line with a quantity of 1,532.50, it will import only the first number (1) since the 532.50 after the comma is stripped.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, we recommend removing all number formatting in the import file.
