Access to delete a Product may be limited based on your Ordway access. Contact Support for further assistance.
Notes: Products currently in use in a Subscription Contract cannot be deleted. However, Products can be deleted if needed while testing.
Warning: Deleting Products cannot be reversed and is a permanent action.
Preconditions:
Products can only be deleted if there are no objects associated with it.
- Any Subscription Contracts associated with the Products you wish to delete must be deleted first.
- Any Plans associated with the Products you wish to delete must be deleted next. Read more about deleting a Plan.
- Once the above two steps have been completed, a Product can be deleted.
Steps:
Complete the following steps to delete a Product in Ordway.
- Navigate to Menu > Products & Plans > Products.
- Click Delete from the Actions menu.
