Clone a Record

Ordway supports the ability to Clone a record. The Clone will copy over all the information from the source except for certain fields like external integration id (eg: Salesforce Id, HubSpot Id, etc.)

In the June 2025 release, Contact is enabled. In future releases this feature will be available to other objects.

Clone can be accessed from the Contact List action menu on the Customer details page.
