Ordway’s Enhanced HubSpot CRM Integration
Ordway has expanded its integration with HubSpot CRM to fully automate the quote-to-cash process, helping fast-growing technology companies streamline operations and accelerate revenue. With the latest update, sales and customer success teams can now manage the entire lifecycle—from creating quotes for prospects to invoicing for new sales, expansions, and renewals—all directly within HubSpot.
Thanks to bidirectional synchronization, users gain a complete 360° view of customer financials, including billing history and usage data, without leaving HubSpot. This improved visibility equips account executives and customer success managers to proactively identify upsell opportunities and drive earlier renewals.
Key Enhancements
- Product Syncing: Products created in Ordway now sync seamlessly with HubSpot (a major improvement over V1).
- Plan Picker: Display detailed plan and charge line items—one-time, recurring, and usage-based—within HubSpot.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Easily add new plans or expand active subscriptions with full bidirectional sync (previously limited in V1).
- Renewals: Renew active subscriptions directly in HubSpot with bidirectional syncing (another limitation resolved from V1).
- Quote Lifecycle Management: Create and manage the entire quote lifecycle end-to-end without leaving HubSpot (not available on V1).
- Order Creation: Support one-time sales orders natively in HubSpot (not possible in V1).
Invoice & Payment Data: Sync invoices, payments, debit memos, credits, and usage data unidirectionally to HubSpot (enhancing financial visibility).
Reporting & Reconciliation: Provide detailed data points for accurate reporting and streamlined reconciliation in Ordway.
