Notifications are available for the following Ordway features:
- Import Data
- Quotes
- Billing Runs
- Payment Runs
- Subscriptions
Enable/Disable Company-level Notifications
Note: When disabled, all notifications are stopped for your organization and cannot be overridden at the user level.
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > General Settings.
- Toggle notifications ON or OFF.
- Click Save.
Enable/Disable User Notifications
Prerequisites:
Company level notifications must be enabled in order for a user to manage their individual notification settings.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > Notifications.
- Click the user to manage.
- Toggle notifications ON or OFF.
- Save when finished.
