Manage User Notification Center Settings

Notifications are available for the following Ordway features: 

• Import Data
• Quotes
• Billing Runs
• Payment Runs
• Subscriptions

Enable/Disable Company-level Notifications

Note: When disabled, all notifications are stopped for your organization and cannot be overridden at the user level. 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > General Settings. 
2. Toggle notifications ON or OFF. 
3. Click Save.

Enable/Disable User Notifications

Prerequisites:

Company level notifications must be enabled in order for a user to manage their individual notification settings. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Notifications. 
2. Click the user to manage. 
3. Toggle notifications ON or OFF. 
4. Save when finished.
