2022.01.05 - Intermittent access problems to Sandbox Environment [Resolved]

Issue: We are currently experiencing intermittent access issues isolated to the Sandbox Environment.  Our teams addressed the root cause and this is no longer an issue. 

Resolution: This has been resolved.
