Save Field Mappings

When mapping fields in our Import Wizard, fields can be removed and custom mappings can also be saved. Follow these steps within any import to edit field mappings and save them to expedite future imports. 

Steps: 

1. Access the Import Wizard from Menu > Operations > Import Data. Once you have selected your Module and uploaded the import file, you are prompted to Map Columns.

2. To remove a mapping from an import, click the X next to the field in Import Columns. 

3. Click Save Mappings to save the changes made to field mappings for future imports. 

4. Name the Mapping and click Save.

This action makes the edited mapping available from the Select Saved Mappings drop-down menu in future imports.
