Report Description & Purpose
The Renewal Report provides an overview of contract renewals over time, offering key insights into how well customers are being retained. For each month in the time period selected, the report reflects the Subscription ID by Status, Original Total Contract Value (TCV), Renewed TCV, New Term Length, Renewal Date, and Auto Renew status.

Note:
By default this report excludes Evergreen contracts with no defined contract end date.

The following filters are automatically applied to the Renewal Report. Click the Filters arrow to expand the section and adjust the criteria as needed.

When to Schedule this Report
The timing of when to run this report will vary based on the policies of your organization. One common example is to run this report at regularly scheduled intervals to evaluate upcoming renewals and also renewal success rates.
