Overview
The Available to Renew Report provides visibility into subscriptions that are approaching their renewal date within a specified time period. The report helps teams identify upcoming renewal opportunities, plan customer engagement activities, and support renewal forecasting.
The report focuses on active subscriptions that are eligible for renewal and provides details such as contract end dates, days until renewal, current contract value, projected renewal value, and auto-renewal status.
By default, the report displays subscriptions with contract end dates occurring within the next 90 days.
Report Description
The Available to Renew Report displays subscriptions that are approaching renewal within a selected date range. For each subscription, the report provides customer, subscription, contract, and renewal-related information to help users evaluate upcoming renewal opportunities.
The report includes visibility into:
- Subscription status
- Contract start and end dates
- Days remaining until renewal
- Current Total Contract Value (TCV)
- Projected Renewal TCV
- Current and renewal term lengths
- Auto-renewal status
The report supports filtering, customization, sorting, scheduling, and data export.
Calculation Summary
Days Until Renewal
The report calculates the number of days remaining between the current date and the subscription contract end date.
Current TCV
Displays the Total Contract Value (TCV) for the current subscription term.
Renewal TCV
Renewal TCV represents the projected contract value based on the subscription's renewal terms.
Reporting Currency
Values are displayed using the selected reporting currency. Currency conversion follows the standard Analytics reporting currency configuration.

Access the Available to Renew Report
- Navigate to Analytics → Reports. The Reports page is displayed.
- Enter Available to Renew in the search box or browse to the appropriate report folder.
- The report is displayed with the default filter configuration.
Predefined Filters
The following filters are applied by default when the report is opened.

Any value | Includes subscription records regardless of whether they are the current version. Users can filter the report to display only current or non-current subscription versions if required. |

Report Columns
The Available to Renew Report includes the following columns.

| Customer Name | Customer associated with the subscription. |
| Subscription ID | Unique identifier of the subscription. |
| Status | Current subscription status. |
| Contract Start Date | Subscription contract start date. |
| Contract End Date | Subscription contract end date. |
| Days Until Renewal | Number of days remaining until the contract end date. |
| Current TCV | Current Total Contract Value. |
| Renewal TCV | Projected Total Contract Value for the renewal term. |
| Current Term Length | Current subscription term length. |
| Renewal Term Length | Renewal term length. |
| Auto Renew (Yes / No) | Indicates whether the subscription is configured for automatic renewal. |
Use Cases
Use the Available to Renew Report to:
- Identify subscriptions approaching renewal within a selected period.
- Monitor upcoming renewal revenue opportunities.
- Review subscriptions configured for automatic renewal.
- Prioritize customer engagement activities based on renewal timing.
- Forecast renewal revenue using Current TCV and Renewal TCV values.
Export Report Data
The Available to Renew Report supports exporting report results.
- Open the report.
- Apply the required filters.
- Click Download.
- Select the preferred export format.
Exported results reflect the currently applied filters and visible report data.
Customize the Report
You can customize the report to meet your reporting requirements.
Available customization options include:
- Modifying filters
- Adding or removing columns
- Changing reporting currency
- Saving custom report views
- Scheduling report delivery
Sample Report Output
Notes
- The report uses the current version of each subscription.
- Only subscriptions with contract end dates on or after the current date are included.
- Evergreen subscriptions without a defined contract end date are excluded by default.
- By default, the report displays subscriptions with contract end dates occurring within the next 90 days.
- Depending on the current date, the maximum value displayed in the Days Until Renewal column may be 89 days because the calculation excludes the contract end date.
- The report can be customized, saved, exported, and scheduled for recurring delivery.
