Report Description & Purpose
The Revenue Snapshot Report determines revenue recognition based on the dates and amounts set in the Revenue Schedules for a given Subscription. This report gives users a point-in-time view of Subscription revenue displaying:
- Total Contract Value (TCV)
- Recognized Revenue from past periods
- Unrecognized Revenue for the next 12 months
- Monthly revenue recognition schedule for each Subscription

- Aggregate future revenue schedule lines by Month, Quarter, or Year
- Embedded links allow for seamless navigation to Customer Accounts, Subscriptions, Products and Plans
Predefined Filters
The following filters are automatically applied to the Revenue Snapshot Report. Click the Filters arrow to expand the section and adjust the criteria as needed.

When to Schedule this Report
The timing of when to run this report will vary based on the policies of your organization. One common example is to run this report at the end of a financial period to understand how much revenue should be expected from recurring products, and project recurring revenue for future periods.
