Add a Salesforce Sandbox

You can connect a Salesforce Sandbox to Ordway to test your Salesforce integration without connecting to your Salesforce production environment.

A Salesforce Sandbox is a separate Salesforce environment used for development and testing.

Prerequisites

• A Salesforce Sandbox must be available for your organization.
• Your Ordway Account Manager or Implementation Team must enable the Salesforce Sandbox option for your organization.
• You must have valid Salesforce Sandbox credentials.

Add a Salesforce Sandbox

1. On the left navigation menu, click Setup > Integrations. The Integration Settings page is displayed.
2. Under CRM, locate Salesforce.

3. Turn on the Sandbox toggle.
   

4. Click CONNECT. The Salesforce Login page is displayed.
   

5. Enter your Salesforce Sandbox credentials.

6. Click Log In to Sandbox.
7. Ordway connects to your Salesforce Sandbox.
