Complete the following steps to grant Ordway Support access to your Salesforce instance to use for troubleshooting purposes.
Steps:
- Log into your Salesforce account.
- Click your profile icon in the top right.
- Next click Settings.
- Click Grant Account Login Access in the My Personal Information section.
- Select 1 Month next to Ordway Support and Save.
- Notify Ordway Support that access has been granted and that troubleshooting can begin.
