The Salesforce integration connection should be periodically refreshed, especially when an outage or disruption has occurred.
Note: The Ordway Admin user attempting to reconnect must also be a Salesforce Administrator.
Complete the following steps in Ordway to refresh the connection.
Steps:
1. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Settings for the Salesforce Integration.
3. Ensure that Version 2 is selected at the top of the integration screen.
4. Disconnect and then reconnect the Salesforce Integration.
This should resolve the issue.
