NetSuite Common Webhook Failures

Resolution: This error means that a Product is mapped to an item in NetSuite that has the 'direct posting' checkbox enabled which can cause status changes not to sync to NetSuite successfully.

To resolve this issue, update the product mapping in Ordway to a single item or change the item settings in NetSuite where one of the items is not set for direct posting.
