Webhook errors may occur even when terms exist in NetSuite.
Example: “Missing term with name: Net 40 on NetSuite”
Ordway does a 1 to 1 match not by Description, but by Term name. When the Ordway Term Name = NetSuite Term Name, they align and no errors should occur.
When errors occur, reset the integration cache by completing the following steps in Ordway.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > Integrations > NetSuite.
- Click Settings and then click Save.
