Configure Self Service Checkout to better meet your business demands. 

Establish Configurations

Preconditions: 

Self Service Checkout must be enabled for your organization by Ordway before these settings are available. Reach out to our Customer Success or Sales team for assistance. 

To establish your configurations, navigate to Menu > Setup > SSP Portal.

Available configurations for Self Serve Checkout include:

1. Choose a Color Theme to match your company’s branding. Several presets are available, but you can also build your own theme. Change the color accordingly to seamlessly match your website, color scheme, and aesthetics.

2. Pick the font to match your company branding. If the desired font is not available, contact Ordway Support to get it added.
   
3. The Add button and Date Format preferences can also be changed. Make edits including selecting a color scene and view changes instantly with the preview frame.
4. Payments Gateway: As of now, Ordway’s Self Service Checkout feature supports Stripe, Card Connect, Payarc, Heartland as payment gateways. 
5. Order By: This feature allows you to choose how your plans should be arranged in the checkout experience; by Plan Name or Plan ID generated in Ordway.
6. Sort By: This defines the sort order for the order by option. Example: Plan Name or ID to be sorted in ascending order or descending.
7. Frame Width and Height: Determine the height and width of the iframe component to embed to your website. Minimum values should be 1100px wide and 800px in height for optimal user experience.
8. Contact Card: Self service checkout shows each Plan as a card. This is a customizable card for content without creating an extra Plan in Ordway. Example: An enterprise Plan where customers need to contact you:

• • • Name: Name of the plan
    • URL: Redirection url on clicking the button
    • Description: Description of the plan
    • Button Name: button name, could be Contact Us or something else for the specific use case.

9. Label Localization: Customize the name of each button in the checkout process. You can also make them available in different languages.
10. Display your Company' s legal terms and conditions:
