Review the following walkthrough of the Self Service Checkout Plan Purchase journey to gain a better understanding of the customer self service experience:

Iframe Flow
This is the first page end customers see on your website using the provided embedded iframe component and reflects the Plans you've made available for purchase:
1. Select Plan(s) to Purchase
- Customer selects one or more Plans to purchase.
- Start Date will is requested for the first Plan added, which serves as the the Subscription Start Date.
- In a Plan, customers can increase or decrease the quantity of the Plan or its individual charges.
- Customers do not have the liberty to delete Plan charges, but can increase or decrease the quantity as needed.
- Once Add To Cart is selected, the existing Customer is either logged in or a new Customer sign up is presented.
2. Customer Login or Sign Up
- Existing customers with a Customer Portal login can use those credentials to login. Login is validated via email address and password.
- If the customer is not a former user, a new Customer sign up displays:
- Customers can sign up with their details to become a customer. Upon their next login, they will see existing subscriptions, payments, and can also purchase new subscriptions easily.
- Once logged in, the customer is moved to the Plans page to select more Plans or proceed to Checkout when no additions are needed.
3. Payment Information & Checkout
- The Subscription Confirmation page displays selected Plans for confirmation.
- Dates and plan/charge quantities can be edited one final time before proceeding to payment details.
- Click Proceed to finalize the payment.
Checkout
- Shipping Details are auto-populated based on the customer address used during account creation (Shipping Contact Details).
- Provide Payment Method details and click Next.
- Customers can add credit card details or select existing credit cards, when available.
- The final confirmation page displays the payment amount and details. Click Pay to complete the purchase.
- Customer payment is successful and customer is redirected to the Plans page.
4. Self Service Checkout Views & Navigation
Subscriptions Page
- The Subscription page shows all active Subscriptions the customer has subscribed to.
- As of now the customer can only view these subscriptions and not retrieve details or take any actions.
- Customers will see any draft Subscription, which includes any abandoned purchase they may have started.
- There can only be one abandoned purchase at a time.
Payments Page
- The payments page provides an overview of all the payments made by the customer. This page is helpful for purchase records.
Notes:
- Users created during Self Service Checkout will also work as Customer Portal users.
- Customers can also direct their users to sign up to the Customer Portal and access their Usages, Invoices, and Payments.
