The Company Profile contains information about your company and is usually the first page to be updated during implementation with information primarily used to display in emails or Invoices, Statements, and Quote PDFs.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Company Profile.
- Company name is used in invoice templates and is also used as a header for API calls. The name can be changed, but first check with your engineering team as this will impact existing API calls.
- Upload a logo of the company that can be displayed in templates. Logo requirements:
- Less than 1MB in size and no more than 200 pixels wide by 70 pixels high.
- Supported file types are JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
4. Review Hosted Pages Sub-URL. This information would be useful if your company decides to provide a self sign-up option for Customers. Hosted pages containing Invoices and other packages will use this link.
5. Add or update Contact Information to display in emails and Invoice PDFs.
6. Add or update the Address section.
7. Add or update Legal information to display Terms and Conditions or a Privacy Policy as part of the Invoice PDF or email templates.
8. Save when finished.
