Resend Ordway Platform Invite

Complete the following steps to resend an invitation to join your organization in Ordway.  The steps vary based on if your company is established in Ordway as a Single Entity or a Multi-entity organization. 

Single Entity

Pending Invite Status

The following steps apply for users that are still showing as Pending Invite. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Users.
2. Click Resend Invitation from the Actions menu for the desired user.

Any other Status

When a user is not showing as Pending Invite, complete the following steps to resend an invitation to Ordway. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Users.

2. Click Edit from the Actions menu for the user to edit. 

3. Toggle Active to Inactive and click Save. 

4. Edit the user again and toggle from Inactive to Active. 

5. Click Save when finished. 

Multi-Entity

When multi-entity is enabled for your organization, users can be invited to both the parent and all applicable child entities. A user may not have accepted the invitation to either the Parent or one of the Child entities. In this case, complete the following to send a new invite to Ordway. 

Child Access Required

Complete the following steps to invite a user to a Child entity in Ordway. 

Steps: 

1. Access the Child Entity from the top navigation menu.

2. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Users.

3. Click Resend Invitation from the Actions menu for the desired user.

Parent Access Required

Complete the following steps to invite a user to a Parent entity in Ordway. 

Steps: 

1. Access the Parent Entity from the top navigation menu.

2. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Users.

3. Click Edit from the Actions menu for the desired user. 

4. Toggle Status OFF and click Save. 

5. Edit the user again and toggle Status ON. 

6. Click Save when finished.
