Overview
This document describes the HubSpot (HS) integration configuration: CSP settings, default mappings (Companies, Contacts, Products, Charges, Contracts, Quotes, Orders), reverse mappings (Ordway → HubSpot), and how to access monitoring and logs for HS instances.
Quick summary
- Enable CSP settings to allow access to the V2 HubSpot instance.
- Review and maintain default mappings for Companies, Contacts, Products, Charges, Contracts/Contract Lines, Quotes/Quote Lines, Orders/Order Lines.
- Confirm reverse mappings from Ordway to HubSpot for customers, contacts, products, charges, subscriptions, quotes, and orders.
- Use the environment-specific app monitoring view in HubSpot to inspect logs; always filter by portal ID
1. CSP SETTINGS
Ensure Settings toggle is enabled so customers can access the V2 instance on HubSpot from the Setup > General Settings page under Integration Settings.
2. DEFAULT MAPPINGS
For each object below, review and confirm field mappings in the HubSpot integration UI.
2. A. COMPANIES
Verify Company-level field mappings
2. B. CONTACTS
Verify Contact-level mappings (Ordway Contact ID, First name, Last name, Email, Phone Number, Job Title. Ensure email and any required HubSpot contact fields are included and validated.
2.C. PRODUCTS
Confirm Product field mappings (Ordway Product ID, Name, Ordway SKU, etc.,).
2.D. CHARGES
Map charge-related fields (Ordway Charge ID and Ordway Product ID). Validate tax and discount fields where applicable.

Monitor and Logs - HS Instances
Log in to the HubSpot account for the environment: hubspot-developers-1hccvgn.com (Portal ID: 7755105).
Steps
- Navigate to Apps > [Environment-specific app] > Monitoring.
- Use the portal ID filter to select the HubSpot environment that requires debugging.
- Review the logs and monitoring data for that instance.
Important
- Always filter by the target portal ID before investigating to avoid mixing logs from other environments.
- If you need access or can’t find the app, contact the environment owner or platform admin.
