Issue:
QuickBooks sync fails when an Ordway Customer has more than 100 characters in the email field.
Resolution:
- Reduce the number of characters in the email field in Ordway.
- Sync to QuickBooks.
- Update the Customer email field in Ordway with the correct email.
Issue:
QBO sync fails when an Ordway Customer record is missing an http:// or https:// prefix in their URL.
Resolution:
- Be sure to check your customers' website prefix prior to synching with QuickBooks. A URL starting with http:// or https:// is required for proper synchronization.
