CardConnect Refund & Payment Status Messaging

CardConnect communications regarding Refund and Payment status messages occurs as follows:

1. Ordway sends the refund request to CardConnect.
2. CardConnect sends the refund request to the Payment Processor.
3. The Payment Processor processes the refund, or fails to do so, and sends a status to CardConnect.
4. CardConnect sends the refund request to Ordway.
5. Ordway displays that status on the Refund.
