CardConnect communications regarding Refund and Payment status messages occurs as follows:
- Ordway sends the refund request to CardConnect.
- CardConnect sends the refund request to the Payment Processor.
- The Payment Processor processes the refund, or fails to do so, and sends a status to CardConnect.
- CardConnect sends the refund request to Ordway.
- Ordway displays that status on the Refund.
