QuickBooks ID

The QuickBooks ID is an internal field autogenerated by QuickBooks. Ordway uses this field to communicate with QuickBooks. The QuickBooks ID can be added to Ordway via the Import process or overwritten via the UI. 

Using the Quickbooks API, each item record displays a QuickBooks ID:

The Quickbooks ID is not displayed in QBO as it has no meaning for the user.
