As of January 15th, 2022 users are logged out of Ordway after a specified period of inactivity (default: 90 minutes).
In an effort to balance security with user experience, we allow company administrators to configure the timeout period to match your specific security and compliance needs.
A few additional notes:
- Default timeout is 90 minutes and can be configured up to a maximum of 12 hours.
- User session timeout settings do NOT apply to the customer portal.
- Multi-Entity clients will be able to configure timeout settings for each entity.
- User Session timeout applies to both Sandbox and Production environments.
Configure the user session timeout for your organization by going to Menu > Setup > Security > User Session Settings.
