Ordway supports inviting contacts and disabling access to the Customer Portal via Workflow Automation. Learn more about our customer portal here.
Note: Customer Portal invitations are valid for 72 hours only. Once expired, an invitation must be resent.
Portal Invitation
A Workflow must include an Assignment in order to facilitate any Customer Portal action.
- Add Assignment.
- Add Action on Existing Object.
- Select Customer Portal as the Object.
- Select Bulk Invite.
5. Click Next.
6. Set the input values for the Customer Portal.
7. Click Done with finished.
Disable Portal Access
A Workflow must include an Assignment in order to facilitate any Customer Portal action.
- Add Assignment.
- Add Action on Existing Object.
- Select Customer Portal as the Object.
- Select Bulk Disable.
5. Click Next.
6. Set the input values for the Customer Portal.
7. Click Done with finished.
