Common Use Cases

These are some of the most common use cases within Ordway. We recommend testing out each of the following use cases as well as developing a few of your own based on your current business needs. These use cases should be executed based on how your organization operates. 

Best Practice: Use your designated Sandbox environment to test these use cases. 

• Create new Subscription
• Change a Subscription (upsell, downsell, new charges, etc)
• Cancel a Subscription (and validate associated credits)
• Renew a Subscription
• Create an invoice
• Create a Payment
• Create a credit and apply it to an invoice
