View Quote Line Items in Opportunities

The Quote Status must be changed to either Completed or Converted in order to display Quote Line Items in Salesforce Opportunities. 

Complete the following steps to view Quote Line Items in Salesforce Opportunities. 

1. Create or access an existing Quote. 
2. Optional: Mark the Quote as Primary.
   When not marked Primary and the Quote is updated to Completed or Converted, Salesforce automatically marks the quote as Primary.
   
   
3. Click Add Plans. 
4. Click the checkbox for each applicable Plan to add it to the Quote.
   
   
5. Click Save & Close.
   Notice the Quote does not reflect Product Line Items.
   
   
6. Click the edit icon for Status on the left side and change it to either Completed or Converted and Save.
   
   The Opportunity now displays the associated Product Line Items.
