Feature Enhancements

New Experience

User Access

All existing and new Ordway users will automatically be given the New Experience as of this release. If you have any issues, please reach out to Support.

Redesigned Pages

The following have been redesigned for the New Experience:

• Notifications (Menu > Setup > Notifications). 

• Document Numbering (Menu > Setup > Document Numbering).

• Workflow Emails (Menu > Platform > Workflow Automation > More > See All Emails).

• Workflow Log (Menu > Platform > Workflow Automation > More > Log).
  

Commerce

• Users can see the new experience for the Pay Now screen.

• Ability to sync Draft Invoices to Salesforce. If you have a need for this use case, reach out to Support or your Customer Success representative.
