Ordway will update the Billing Schedule following the change or cancellation of a charge with a custom billing frequency. The custom Billing Period will drive the rescheduling of any change to TCV following a Subscription change.

End Customers can now add Exact-Pay credit cards and bank accounts within the Customer Portal.
Also view all payments made through Exact-Pay.

Open Separate Additional Browser Window within Ordway

Users can now open a separate additional browser window to view additional details throughout Ordway.

Example: Open subscription charges in a new tab to view charge details without leaving the Subscription page.

Steps:

Mac - Press Command+click on the charge to open it on a new tab.
Windows - Press Control+click on the charge to open it on a new tab.

Show PDF for Imported Invoices

Invoices within Customer Portal and Pay Now Portal now generate and display the imported Invoice PDF.
