The Integration status identifies the state of specific integrations including Avalara (Tax) and Accounting Systems (QBO/SageIntacct/NetSuite/Xero) when the integrations are enabled. The integration status of an object is visible in records as well as in lists.
Clicking on the status directs the user to the logs where further details can be obtained.
Integration Status is currently available for all Accounting and Tax system integrations.
Integration Status includes the following values:
- Success - Integration to the system is successful.
- Failed - Integration to the system has failed due to some reasons and can be viewed in the logs.
- Queued - Message to the other system is queued to be sent.
- Pending - Message to the other system has been attempted but not successful. It is pending further retries.
- None - No data available. Applicable for records which had integration to systems which were executed prior to roll out of this feature.
Note: The Integration Status will only be applicable for all messages sent after the feature is available for general audience.
